YOUR NEW FAVORITE WINGS

Ingredients:

 

1 head of cauliflower

1.5 cups of wheat flour or alternative flour (GF if needed)

1.5 cups of liquid (unsweetened plant-based milk, veggie broth or water)

1 tbsp. garlic

1-1.5 cups (cooks choice), of your favorite homemade or store bought BBQ sauce- NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! K?

Instructions:

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. Wash cauliflower with vinegar wash really well and cut into chunks the size of a silver dollar
  3. In medium bowl mix together: flour, liquid and garlic, until evenly mixed. Once “dough” is evenly mixed, pour over the cauliflower wings and mix evenly again
  4. Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Pull each individual cauliflower wing out of the bowl and place them on the parchment paper, make sure it is fully coated in the breading
  5. Bake for 20 minutes
  6. Add cauliflower wings back into a clean, dry medium bowl and coat the cauliflower with BBQ sauce and bake for another 5-8 minutes
