This recipe is a raw fudgy brownie recipe, with minimum ingredients and steps. Don’t tell the haters about the secret ingredient that gives this recipe bonus vitamins and nutrients, they’ll never know- #beans
-1 cup of walnuts
-1 ½ cups of pitted dates
-½ cup of almond butter or peanut butter
-½ cup of cacao powder
-1 can of black beans drained and rinsed
-½ cup of pecans and/or hazelnuts (for the topping)
1)Blend walnuts and dates together in a food processor until well blended
2)Once the walnuts and dates are processed in the food processor,add in almond butter, cacao powder, beans and orange
3)Place parchment paper on brownie sheet and press brownie mixture into cooking sheet
4)Once brownie mixture is pressed into the baking sheet then sprinkle crushed pecans and/ or hazelnuts on top and cover
5)Let refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares
